Get a rough idea what your attendance numbers will be for your event. Numbers of tables and chairs can be edited right up to your event provided available.
2. Pick Equipment
Pick your desired party package from our website or your desired tent size.
3. Check Property for Overhead/Underground Lines
Gas, Electric, and Cable are typical lines to look for. Septic systems also should be avoided.
4. Reserve Equipment
Reservations can be via phone, text, email, or message us on our website.
Information Needed – Equipment, name, address, phone number, and event date.
5. Pay Deposit
Deposits are roughly 50% of the rental and can be in the form of Cash/Check/Credit Card
Deposits can be made on the website or mailed to 2401 TR 232 Van Buren, OH 45889.
Discounts are also available for cash payments.
6. Refer your Friends
For every referral you will receive a discount.
Make sure your referrals reference your last name.
7. Call 811
Call the free Call Before You Dig Hotline 10 days before your event and let us know your ticket number so that we can transfer your ticket.
Information Needed – Property address, closest intersecting streets, furthest distance off road for the tent instillation.
Know that tents are installed will hand tools and jackhammers by Tents-N-Stuff.
8. Have Tents-N-Stuff do a Mark/Measure/Locate (Optional)
Tents-N-Stuff provides a service that will locate unknown underground utilities, measure property for desired tent size, and mark the area for a visual representation of the space needed.
9. Communicate Instructions for Delivery/Pickup
A Tents-N-Stuff representative will be in contact to schedule a delivery time prior to your event. We always call or text before we deliver and pickup.
