What information is needed to make a reservation?
We will need to know what equipment you will need and we will need your full name, address, phone number, and event date.

Do I need to put a deposit down?
A 50% deposit is required to reserve equipment and be placed on the schedule.

What happens with my deposit if I cancel my event?
Deposits can be refunded if cancellation is 30 days prior to day of event. Cancellations within 30 days of event will be held by Tents-N-Stuff and can be applied to a future rental.

How do I get utilities marked?
Utility lines can be marked by making a simple phone call to OUPS at 1-800-362-2764 (or 811). Information Needed – Property address, closest intersecting streets, furthest distance off road for the tent instillation.

Is Tents-N-Stuff insured?
Yes, we are insured. Insurance information can be provided upon request.
